Generally Curious Mind
Hi, thanks for checking out my podcast and my website! If you need someone to make a podcast for your department, startup, club, organization or event, please reach me at
I recently graduated from Penn State in December 2018 with a degree in print/digital journalism and a double minor in entrepreneurship innovation and psychology.
My idea for An Entrepreneurial State of Mind first stemmed from my experiences interviewing several student entrepreneurs at the New Leaf Initiative for the Daily Collegian. I found through my interviews that entrepreneurs definitely tend to think a lot differently than the average person. The conversations I had with them were so different from any other I'd ever had, and the way they talked about their goals and projects was just inspiring and astounding. Now, I have an idea of what that concept (of entrepreneurs thinking differently) means to me, but the point of my podcast is to get at the core of the thinking of each individual entrepreneur I interview. I want to unravel the mindsets of each and every entrepreneur — what are they thinking, what are they doing differently than other people? And then, hopefully, how can the average person learn to think with an entrepreneurial state of mind? (hence the title of the podcast series)
And so, An Entrepreneurial State of Mind wraps all of my interests — journalism, entrepreneurship, and psychology — into one final product. I am excited to go on this entrepreneurial journey with you and hope you enjoy my series!
